Currently a Principal Consultant at BLT Technology & Innovation Group, she excels in marketing, product management, and strategic consulting. Known for leading teams and launching innovative products, Tanya has a proven track record in driving growth and enhancing brand presence.
Previously, Tanya was the Director of Veterinary Marketing at Basepaws, a Zoetis Company, and has also held key roles at major animal health companies such as Merck Animal Health and Ceva Animal Health. She also founded High Caliber Consulting, LLC, providing strategic consulting to emerging animal health and pet technology companies.
Tanya holds an MBA from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and is pursuing an MA in Strategic Communication & Innovation from Texas Tech University. Her expertise in digital marketing, team leadership, and strategic communications, coupled with her passion for innovation in the veterinary field, positions her as a valuable asset to any organization aiming for impactful and sustainable growth.
