Beth Ann is a highly accomplished professional with over four decades of veterinary industry experience and a unique ability to blend operational expertise with human resources leadership. A certified CVPM and HR generalist, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a Master’s in Leadership and Ethics. Her career spans roles from kennel attendant to hospital administrator, as well as program coordinator and educator at a veterinary technician school in Pittsburgh, PA.
She partners with veterinary consultants, industry experts, and hospital teams to optimize operations, enhance HR procedures, and develop training programs that strengthen team performance. Beth Ann also creates impactful presentations, writes educational articles, and conducts market research to support strategic planning initiatives.
