Order Processing & Fulfillment

Service Fulfillment

  • Upon contract execution, our team will outline a detailed scope of work, including expected timelines and milestones.
  • Services are fulfilled based on the agreed project plan and schedule.
  • Any changes to the fulfillment timeline due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • For services: Requests for modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing to dmoran@bltconsulting.com and are subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
  • For products: Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • Services: Due to the nature of our consulting and technology solutions, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will address any concerns promptly.
  • Digital Products: Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, refunds are not offered once delivery is complete.
  • Physical Products: We do not sell or ship physical products.
